Discussions about the good and bad side of garlic are all over everywhere especially when it comes to eating it on an empty stomach. This is why we have chosen to write about the good side of it and how it can benefit you. You will often see people eating garlic casually without even noticing it’s effect on their health. However, garlic has been found to be very effective in the prevention and cure of different diseases.
Many studies conducted on the characteristic features of garlic indicate that eating it on an empty stomach makes it a powerful natural antibiotic. It is more effective when you eat garlic before breakfast because bacteria are exposed and cannot defend themselves from succumbing to its power at this time.

Hypertensive patients have found garlic to bring relief to their symptoms also. Aside being effective for blood circulation, garlic also prevents heart problems and aids in proper functioning of the liver and bladder. It is also effective for stomach problems such as diarrhea.

Also, garlic is an effective herb for many stomach problems: it stimulates digestion and appetite. It also helps control stress and prevents stomach acid that is usually produced when you get nervous.

Garlic for Alternative Medicine

Garlic is considered to be one of the most powerful foods/herbs to help detoxify the body in alternative medicine. Experts in this branch of medicine insist that garlic is so powerful that it can get rid of parasites and worms, and prevent diseases like typhus, diabetes, depression, and some types of cancer.

If you are allergic to garlic, you should take two very important things into account:

1. You shouldn’t eat raw garlic, and
2. If you get an outbreak on your skin, an increase in temperature, or headache, you should immediately stop consuming garlic.

Some studies have also shown that garlic can cause negative side effects in people that are taking treatments for HIV/AIDS. Therefore, you need to be very careful of this and check before you continue consuming it.

If the strong odour of garlic becomes unbearable for you and you cannot continue eating it, we recommend that you don’t stop getting its benefits just because of that. You can take advantage of the benefits by taking natural garlic supplements that are found in pill form like this one here and you can be taking the supplement in the night so as to reduce the effect of the likely offensive odour on the people around you.
